The LORD is the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup…
The inheritance and cup are the LORD Himself. An important aspect of our inheritance as New Testament believers is the following. If a man will love ME he will keep MY Words and MY FATHER will love him, and WE will come unto him, and make OUR abode with him.
Communion with GOD is a sure source of blessings and happiness.

Put out of the camp…​
People who had leprosy or discharges, or those who had come into contact with the dead, were ceremonially unclean. Such people were put outside the camp because GOD would not dwell in the midst of uncleanness.
The New Testament applies the moral principle behind this regulation to church members who flagrantly transgress GOD’s truth or righteousness, they must be put out of the congregation of the body if believers expect to receive the blessing and presence of GOD.

Forbidden of the HOLY GHOST.
Every initiative in evangelism and missionary activity, especially in the missionary journeys recorded in Acts, is the result of the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT. The guidance may have taken the form of a prophetic revelation, inward prompting, external circumstances or visions. Under the impulse of the SPIRIT, believers moved forward to take the gospel to the unsaved. When checked by the SPIRIT from going in one direction, they would go in another, trusting in the HOLY SPIRIT to either approve or disapprove of their travelling plans.
