Psalms 139
Thou hast searched me.
This psalm describes various aspects of GOD’s attributes, especially HIS omnipresence and omniscience as these characters relate to HIS care for His people.
The GOD of heaven and earth created us and has perfect knowledge of us. HE is always with us and HIS thoughts are always directed toward us in every situation.

OLD TESTAMENT
🌈
Numbers 1: 1 – 31
Numbers 1: 1
The LORD spake unto Moses.
What Moses wrote was by inspiration from GOD, a fact repeated over and over. It is emphasized in the first verse, and at the beginning of many of the chapters of this book.

Numbers 1:1
Wilderness of Sinai.
GOD’s command to Moses came 10 and 1/2 months after the people arrived at Mount Sinai i.e. 13 months after Exodus. The events recorded in Numbers occurred over a period of approximately 39 years, the total time of Israel’s wandering in the wilderness.

NEW TESTAMENT
✝
Acts 12: 13 – 13: 12
Acts 13: 13
They sent them away.
With this passage begins the great missionary movement unto the uttermost part of the earth. The missionary principles described are a model for all missionary sending churches. Missionary activity is initiated by the HOLY SPIRIT through spiritual leaders who are deeply devoted to the LORD and HIS kingdom seeking HIM with prayer and fasting.
