Psalms 121: 8
The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in.
This text may be applied both to our Christian lives from spiritual birth until we leave this earth and to our physical lives as we go out in the morning to work and come home to rest GOD will preserve us. He is our constant guard.
OLD TESTAMENTβ
π
2 Chronicles 1: 1 β 17
2 Chronicles 1: 12
Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee.
Solomon was granted wisdom and knowledge, yet this did not guarantee that he would persevere in faithfulness to GOD for His ways and to keep His commandments. Possessing wisdom or an exceptional knowledge of GOD’s Word does not guarantee that a person will live for GOD according to that wisdom and follow His ways. Later in life Solomon departed from GOD and failed to do what he knew was right, he was consequently judged by GOD.
NEW TESTAMENT

John 14: 1 β 14
John 14: 12
Greater works…
It is JESUS desire that HIS followers do the works that HE did. The greater things include both the work of saving people to CHRIST and the performing of miracles. This is shown in the narratives of Acts and JESUS declaration in Mark. The reason for greater things done by the disciples is that JESUS will go to HIS FATHER, send forth the power of the HOLY SPIRIT and answer prayers that HE would have prayed HIMSELF. There is no limit to the power of prayer when addressed to JESUS or the FATHER in the Holy Faith according to His desire.β
