To bless the LORD is to adore and worship HIM. When believers bless GOD, they begin by recalling GOD’s goodness, righteousness and glory, and then respond in praise and adoration.

Doubting of whom he spake.
It is important to note that at no time did the disciples discern Judas’s duplicity, he had covered his hypocrisy very well. Even today there will be those in the church who outwardly appear righteous, yet inwardly have no real faith in and devotion to CHRIST.
