PSALMS
🎼
Psalms 47; 48 and 49
Psalms 48: 14
GOD…will be our guide even unto death…
The LORD has committed HIMSELF to be the believers’ faithful and constant guide throughout life, in the experience of death and beyond death to the eternal home where we will be with HIM forever.

OLD TESTAMENT
🌈
Numbers 11: 21 – 12: 16
Numbers 11: 25
When the Spirit rested upon them, they prophesied…
Scripture teaches that prophecy often accompanies the falling of GOD’s SPIRIT upon His people. The account in Acts about the outpouring of the HOLY SPIRIT on the day of Pentecost and afterwards indicates that SPIRIT-filled believers prophesied and spoke in other tongues by the impulse of the SPIRIT.

NEW TESTAMENT
✝
Acts 22: 1 – 16
Acts 22: 16
Wash away the sins…
Paul converted and saved on the Damascus road. His baptism was his public testimony of forgiveness, dying to sin and his old self, and public identification with CHRIST as a commitment for life. Baptism represents for each believer a washing away and burial of one’s past sinful life.
