PSALMS
πŸ““
Psalms 111 to 114
Psalms 111: 1 – 10
I will praise the LORD.

This psalm praises the LORD for His physical and spiritual blessings and for HIS providential care over those who love and fear HIM. The psalmist has determined to praise GOD not only privately, but also in the congregation. It is Biblical to praise GOD spontaneously and aloud in Church.

OLD TESTAMENT
πŸ““
Zephaniah 1: 14 – 2: 7
Zephaniah 2: 3
Seek righteousness, seek meekness.

The prophet offers hope to those who had already turned to the LORD. He exhorted them to deepen their commitment to GOD and HIS ways, perhaps GOD would protect them when HE came to punish His people. They had to seek three things if they hoped to experience revival and renewed blessing from the LORD, three things equally essential today. Seek GOD, seek righteousness, and seek humility.

NEW TESTAMENT
✝
Revelation 21: 16 – 27
Revelation 21: 25
No night there.

The light of the glory of GOD HIMSELF will fill the city so that there will be neither night nor need for light of the sun.
