Sovereign GOD, You showered bountiful blessings upon disciples who waited for HOLY SPIRIT. Now we humbly wait upon and ask the blessings of the HOLY SPIRIT which sustains, enriches and strengthens our life in the midst of all our dread and fragile life. May Your ever-cleansing power redeem us from the clutches of the evil and unjust world so that we may be enabled through Your SPIRIT to proclaim the gospel to the end of the world; through JESUS CHRIST our LORD, who lives and reigns with YOU and the HOLY SPIRIT, one GOD, world without end.
