GOD is my helper.
This psalm is an appropriate prayer for the believer facing dangers or imminent disaster. The palmist calls for help, expecting that GOD will respond in HIS saving, delivering and healing power. Today the LORD sends the HOLY SPIRIT to be our helper on earth and the sustainer of our souls.

The light of CHRIST shines in an evil and sinful world controlled by Satan. The majority of the world has not accepted HIS life or light, but the darkness has not comprehended it.
