GOD of life, YOU have called us to be YOUR children in spite of our unworthiness. We have forgotten that it is not ‘we’ but ‘YOU’ who live in us. LORD JESUS CHRIST did not count equality with GOD, made HIMSELF nothing, and took the form of a servant to redeem us. Despite this, human frailty and vulnerability have influenced us to be Self-centered rather CHRIST- Christ-centered. Give us the wisdom to deny ourselves, the courage to take up the CROSS and follow YOUR dear SON JESUS CHRIST, Through JESUS CHRIST our LORD, who lives and reigns with YOU and the HOLY SPIRIT, one GOD world without end.
