Psalms 139: 16
In thy book, all my members were written.
GOD does not bring us into life without a purpose. The time mentioned in this psalm refers not only to days but also to GOD’s plan for our lives as a whole. In HIS plan, HE is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance thus GOD intends for us to accept JESUS as our LORD and SAVIOUR and fulfill HIS will in a life of service to HIM.

Isaiah 29: 27 β 30: 7
Isaiah 30: 1 β 5
Take counsel, but not of me.
Judah had sought an alliance with Egypt to gain protection from Assyria, thereby rejecting GOD’s counsel, refusing to believe HIS promises, and throwing aside HIS principles of holy living. They were guilty of despising the LORD and preferring the might if human achievement to the power of the SPIRIT.

Luke 1: 46 β 66
In these verses, we have an account of the birth of John the Baptist and the great joy among all the relations of the family. He shall be called Johanan, or “Gracious,” because he shall bring in the gospel of CHRIST, wherein GOD’s grace shines most bright. Zacharias recovered his speech. Unbelief closed his mouth, and believing opened it again: he believers, therefore he speaks. When GOD opens our lips, our mouths must show forth HIS praise; and better be without speech, than not use it in praising GOD. It is said, the hand of the LORD was working with John. GOD has ways of working on children in their infancy, which we cannot account for. We should observe the dealings of GOD, and wait for the event.
