Like the Psalmist says, GOD’s promises in HIS Word are sure. Believers may appeal for GOD’s help, based on obedience to and love for His Word, GOD’s mercy and steadfast love, our commitment to serve HIM and the urgent needs we have in our lives.

The teaching of Balaam therefore refers to corrupt teachers and preachers who were leading people into fatal compromise with immorality, worldliness and false ideologies, all for the sake of personal advancement or monetary gain.
