Prayer that arises out of humility, affliction and great need is prayer that GOD will hear and answer. HE has a special care for His people who are broken and needy.

Jeremiah had predicted that the Jews would remain in captivity in the land of Babylon for 70 years before returning to Judah.

A better covenant a significant theme is the contrast between the old covenant that was centered on the Law of Moses and the new covenant that was instituted by JESUS CHRIST.
